저는 15기 오진이 학우와 다른 GLE 학우들과 함께 ' 함께 운동할래요? ' 라는 커뮤니티를 수행했습니다.


바쁜 일상에 잠시 짬을 내서 운동하는 것은 정말 좋은 것 같습니다.


또 이번 활동을 통해서 한가지 생각이 바뀐것이 있다면 피곤하다고 집에서 누워서 쉬는 것 보다 짧은 시간이라도 운동을 하는 것이 피로를 푸는데 훨씬 효과적이라는 것을 알게 되었습니다.
